OUR COACHES
LAUREN NARDELLI
One of Victoria and Australia's foremost junior coaches, Lauren is a former State League player and sprinter who has since turned her passion for netball into a thriving community of young players who seek her out for individual development. Now coaching in the Victorian Netball League, Lauren is also a 12/U state coach, a regional Talent Academy coach and is at the helm of a number of academy and school programs.
ROB NARDELLI
Rob has extensive experience in netball strength and conditioning, having worked with the Victorian 19/U and 17/U state teams, delivered the strength and conditioning component of Netball Victoria’s statewide Talent Academy program and been engaged by academies and schools to improve their athletes’ performance. Rob has worked with thousands of athletes, including the Melbourne Vixens and Victorian Fury high performance program as a myotherapist, while also supporting the Australian 16/U squad as its sports trainer.
AJ BALLANTYNE
The coach behind thenetballcoach.com, AJ has an extensive netball history, having been a head coach within the Victorian Netball League since 2013. Now a coach at Hawks Netball, AJ has also been on the Victorian 17/U state team coaching panel and is the current head coach of Netball Victoria's Central East Talent Academy.
